The Fondation Vieillesse Heureuse Herisau is the home of more than 250 elderly people. Across the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. We are looking for an experienced, autonomous and calm person, with a heart for our residents, immediately or by agreement, as

Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You autonomously and reliably assume care and support tasks within the scope of your skills - on morning and evening shifts until 21:15, from Monday to Sunday.
• You support the residents in daily activities and respond respectfully to their needs.
• You accompany the residents with empathy in daily life and support their well-being.
• You are attentive to changes, pass on important observations to the team and report to the responsible specialist of the day.
• You work in an appreciative manner in a team and contribute to positive collaboration.

Our requirements:

• You have completed the SRK course as a nursing assistant and have several years of professional experience in long-term care.
• You have a good command of German spoken and written (at least level C1) and can communicate confidently and professionally.
• You work autonomously, reliably and responsibly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• Respectful and empathetic contact with elderly people gives you pleasure and is close to your heart.
• You are a committed personality and a team player and contribute through your appreciative attitude to a pleasant and family-like atmosphere.
