• Professional guidance as well as targeted promotion and development of trainees, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually tailored to the learning process
• Creating targeted learning opportunities in everyday nursing care as well as conducting practical learning days.
• Together with the trainees, ensure competent and holistic nursing and care of our patients (predominantly in the early shift)
• Active participation in the ward management team for the further development of training, including the introduction of education-relevant topics
• General further development of training together with the vocational training team as well as strengthening the nursing team in supporting the trainees
• Further development of your own vocational pedagogical competence through professional exchange, networking and active participation in the training network

Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg. In the Clinic for Internal Medicine with advanced training status A, we care for over 2-500 inpatient patients, over 6-000 emergencies as well as more than 450 patients on the interdisciplinary intensive care unit annually. On our interdisciplinary wards, a versatile field of activity awaits you with the specialist focuses on Palliative Care, Internal Medicine and Surgery. Our wards are managed according to the primary nursing system.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or HF/FH Nursing
• Further education in the field of vocational training (SVEB) or the willingness to complete it
• Professional experience of at least one year, preferably in an acute care hospital
• Joy in accompanying, inspiring trainees and specifically promoting them in their professional development
• Commitment, resilience and the willingness to continuously develop as well as actively help shape changes
• Joy in appreciative interprofessional cooperation
