Social Worker 70-90 (m/f/d)

An established health institute in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy offers specialized, interprofessional treatment and care services for young patients. Through an individual therapy offer, close involvement of the family system, and a milieu-therapeutic treatment setting, the institute is committed to a holistic psychological stabilization of its patients. To reinforce the team of the therapy ward, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Social Worker (70-90%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Active and present accompaniment of children and adolescents
• Individual and resource-oriented accompaniment of the patients
• Designing key worker work and interprofessional cooperation
• Need- and resource-oriented stay and care planning
• Conducting individual and family interviews
• Leading therapeutic group offers
• Designing and accompanying daily structure and leisure activities
• Active contact with the family system
• Participation in the further development of ward daily life and treatment processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified Social Worker
• Experience in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry
• Professional competence and enthusiasm for the youth sector
• Flexible and innovative personality with enjoyment of variety

• Experience in interprofessional and milieu-therapeutic cooperation
• Competence in key worker work and family interviews
