The Housing Department offers adult people with physical disabilities living and residential space. Our services include assisted or independent living, care, as well as day structure and attractive leisure activities. Two residential areas and the Rossfeld-Spitex are responsible for punctual support and assistance in everyday life.

We offer you a demanding, exciting and varied apprenticeship in which you can develop personally and professionally. We promote and support self-organised and goal-oriented learning. Individual and goal-oriented guidance of the learning process is important to us.

Tasks ##

• Accompany and support residents in everyday life
• Support with daily personal care and assist with getting up as well as dressing and undressing
• Promote mobility and independence
• Enhance quality of life and well-being
• Observe and report changes
• Participate in nursing and medical activities

Profile ##

• Completed compulsory schooling (secondary school certificate or good intermediate school leaving certificate)
• High social competence and good manners
• Enjoy working with adult people with physical disabilities
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good physical and mental health
