Nurse

For one of our EMS, located in the heights of Lausanne, we are looking for a nurse at 100%

Your mission :

• Analyze situations, identify resources and set objectives for resident care in interdisciplinarity
• Participate in defining the organization of the unit and supervise the activities of employees in the care field
• Ensure professional communication towards all stakeholders
• Be a source of proposals by actively participating in the improvement of care and support services and in the conceptualization of new projects

Your profile :

• Bachelor in nursing (or title deemed equivalent with obtaining recognition from the Red Cross)
• Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care is an asset
• You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and you contribute through your interpersonal skills to promoting constructive exchanges
• Possessing a sense of organization and priority management, you know how to face varied situations and demonstrate mutual aid
• You are keen to enrich your skills, both clinical and transverse, in order to develop and meet the challenges of the care field
