Your tasks

• Professional, personnel, and organizational support in the leadership of the midwife team with an appreciative and motivating leadership culture.
• Ensuring professional, family-oriented, and high-quality care for pregnant women, women in labor, and postpartum women.
• You promote the individual development of your employees and strengthen team cohesion.
• The active co-design and further development of obstetrics as well as the optimization of existing processes are part of your area of responsibility.
• In close cooperation with the medical service, nursing, and other professional groups, you promote constructive interprofessional cooperation.
• You are responsible for demand-oriented personnel deployment planning and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Hebamme FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland.
• You have several years of professional experience in obstetrics and ideally already bring leadership experience.
• With your empathetic, communicative, and solution-oriented personality, you promote an appreciative and constructive team culture.
• Organizational talent, decisiveness, and a high sense of responsibility characterize you as much as your ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation as well as motivation to actively co-design and further develop obstetrics.
