What awaits you

• Direct care on the Stroke Unit with comprehensive care and monitoring of patients with complex strokes and/or neurological diseases
• Responsibility for defined sub-areas, together with the team leader and the nursing specialist, for high-quality and evidence-based care
• Co-designing standards and guidelines as well as their transfer into complex patient situations, by bringing in your in-depth professional expertise
• Coordination of the patient process in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Advising, supporting, and empowering team members in complex nursing issues as well as strengthening interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or BScN, preferably supplemented with an IMC course or NDS in intensive, emergency, or anesthesia nursing or a nursing-specific advanced training (CAS, DAS, Higher Specialist Examination) or the willingness to complete one of these advanced trainings
• At least two years of professional experience
• Reliable, resilient personality
• In-depth competencies in clinical decision-making, patient education, and communication skills as well as in advising and empowering nursing professionals and in interprofessional collaboration
