Ward Manager 80-100% (m,f,d) - Leadership position in a warm team!

Tasks

• Leadership & Organization: Responsibility for the management and organization of the ward, including personnel planning and deployment
• Ensuring nursing quality: Ensuring a high quality of care through continuous process optimization and quality assurance
• Team leadership & development: Leading, motivating, and promoting a dedicated nursing and care team
• Patient care: Supporting optimal patient care and close cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialist departments
• Communication & Coordination: Responsibility for communication with patients and their relatives as well as the coordination of nursing processes
• Further and continuing education: Organization and promotion of continuing education measures for the team to ensure the high standard in nursing

Profile

• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF, FH)
• Additional training in leadership/management is an advantage
• Several years of experience (at least two years) as a leader
• Passion for team leadership and employee development
• Very good communication skills and organizational talent
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Commitment to humane and high-quality patient care
