Department Head / Residential Area Manager (80% – 100%)

starting immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:
You lead your team of around 25 employees and lead by example
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, the relatives, the doctors and the nursing team
You create assessments according to RAI and take over the duty planning
You independently design your work distribution between office and nursing work
Active participation in the further development of the operation

Your profile:
Nursing specialist at tertiary level with several years of professional experience
Ideally, you have already been able to gain leadership experience in a leading or deputy function
You find it easy to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external persons
Through your high social competence and your organizational talent, you succeed in balancing the various requirements well
