L-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2-500 collaborators. Le Centre hospitalier de Rennaz has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and rehabilitation clinics as well as two medical outpatient clinics. Our Gynecology-Obstetrics department ensures notably nearly 2-000 births per year.

With a view to the creation of the position, we are looking for, on an indefinite term contract, a :

Midwife M/F, head of care unit at 80% for the outpatient sector: gynecological and obstetrical emergencies and the outpatient consultations of the department

The main missions of this position are ###

• Ensure leadership within their team and a clear and transparent positioning
• Manage and supervise the unit staff, respecting institutional directives
• Organize work, care activities and guarantee mutual aid between collaborators
• Ensure the quality of the reception of patients and the services provided
• Take part in staff recruitment
• Participate in quality projects and research protocols in the unit
• Guarantee a spirit of openness, flexibility, creativity, and innovation

We request ###

• A Bachelor's in midwifery or midwife nursing or a title deemed equivalent
• A minimum experience of 5 years in the field of obstetrics and gynecology
• Training in local management, or a commitment to undergo training
• Team management experience would be an asset, as well as leadership skills
• An ability to work in a team, a sense of collaboration and organization, management of priorities
• A good mastery of IT tools
