Nursing Specialist for the Urology Inpatient Ward 60-100%

Your tasks

• You undertake the comprehensive pre- and postoperative care of patients with complex urological procedures as well as the care of persons with predominantly urological clinical pictures.
• As a primary nurse, you manage the nursing process in a targeted manner to ensure professional and interdisciplinary care.
• You work closely with the specialists in management, education, and professional development and engage actively in the further education of the nursing profession.
• Additionally, you work in shift operation.

Your profile

• A completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH - or you are close to completion.
• Interest in familiarizing yourself with a new specialty area and developing your knowledge and skills.
• Respectful and dignified accompaniment of people in difficult situations is just as important to you as it is to us.
• Do you come from long-term care or do you not yet have experience in urology? No problem! We look forward to open-minded and inquisitive new team members.
