Your tasks

• You ensure need-oriented and professional care of our residents
• You bear responsibility in the nursing process and act as a trustworthy contact person
• You take over the organization of the shifts and maintain an overview even in hectic moments
• You document nursing processes precisely (interRAI LTCF) and actively contribute to quality assurance
• You accompany, support, and promote our trainees (FaGe)
• You work closely with relatives, doctors, and other specialist departments

You bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF or Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ (or a corresponding SRK recognition)
• Enthusiasm for long-term care, a role model function, and joy in designing the nursing process
• Appreciative communication skills and a strong team spirit
• Proficient handling of electronic nursing documentation systems
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
