traversa , Netzwerk für Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung, is a social enterprise committed to the inclusion and improvement of the living situation of people with a mental illness. a new residential offer "Wohnhaus Taube" for people with mental illnesses who are in a challenging phase of life and require intensive, structuring care. The offer is designed for a maximum of eight places, the stay is time-limited and it is aimed at persons aged 18 to 65.

From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement we are looking for a motivated specialist with a positive attitude towards life, joy in the active co-creation of a new offer and a completed training as

Nursing Specialist HF/FH or in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, 40%-100% ##

predominantly evening and night on-call ###

These are your tasks ###

• Accompanying and caring for people with mental illnesses in the sense of the recovery attitude
• Accompanying people in challenging phases of life and crisis situations
• Working together with external reference persons, relatives and specialist agencies
• Working alone as well as in an interdisciplinary team
• Supporting and guiding residents in their everyday and life organization
• Responsibility for a department

You bring with you ###

• Experience in working with people with a mental illness
• Security in dealing with challenging situations and crises
• Independence, empathy, flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Appreciative and open basic attitude, solution-oriented and creative way of working
• Readiness for irregular work / night on-call / weekend service
• Good IT application skills
