For a temporary assignment in a psychiatric institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You accompany people in different psychological life situations, shape sustainable professional relationships, and take responsibility for the nursing process. In doing so, you work closely with various professional groups and actively contribute your nursing perspective to the treatment.

• You individually accompany patients through different phases of illness and shape the therapeutic relationship professionally and resource-oriented
• You plan, control, and evaluate the nursing process independently and align your measures with the current situation and the agreed treatment goals
• You attentively recognize changes in psychological and physical well-being, assess situations professionally, and initiate suitable measures within your competencies
• Together with doctors, psychology, social services, and other specialist departments, you ensure coordinated treatment and actively contribute your observations to the team

Allowing closeness, knowing boundaries

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Experience in psychiatry is an advantage; likewise welcome is sound nursing experience combined with genuine interest in this field
• You can build professional closeness, while simultaneously setting clear boundaries and acting calmly and reflectively even in challenging situations
• Appreciative communication, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation characterize you
