YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the care and implementation of high-quality care to patients, taking into account our care concept
• You take care of the perception and evaluation of care situations, an adequate reaction in acute situations, as well as the careful execution of medical prescriptions
• You ensure complete and understandable documentation (care planning and processes)
• Active participation in projects, working in working groups and supporting the department management as well as the specialized care managers to guarantee the quality of care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and exchanges with different professional groups/services
• Assistance in the supervision of apprentices

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a registered nurse, experience in an acute hospital setting is an asset
• Joy in supervising and accompanying apprentices/interns
• Good computer skills and a clean and careful way of working required
• You are flexible and used to irregular schedules in shift work
• You are able to work in a team, your thirst for knowledge as well as your autonomous and empathetic personality complete your profile
