Your tasks

• You take responsibility for the professional nursing, care, and counseling of our clients at home, involving their relatives
• You participate in the case management concept and are jointly responsible for the nursing process
• You provide care according to the principles of Kinaesthetics
• You classify nursing diagnostics based on NANDA
• You promote constructive interdisciplinary cooperation within the team as well as with doctors

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson
• Mindfulness, commitment, and empathy for our clients
• Flexibility in work organization
• Driver's license and a personal car
