Your tasks

• You are responsible for the care process of the patients assigned to you, according to the care models applied at the clinique Lengg
• You supervise and support our FaGe apprentices in the function of vocational trainer
• Within the framework of a LAG concept, you autonomously promote practical training and assume responsibility for the qualification process
• You care for and support our patients competently within an interprofessional treatment team composed of therapists, doctors as well as logistics personnel

Your profile

• You have a successful apprenticeship as a spécialiste en santé EFZ
• You are passionate about vocational training, enjoy transmitting your knowledge and demonstrate tact as well as social skills in contact with learners
• Continuing education as a formateur/trice professionnel(le) SVEB or willingness to follow it
• You distinguish yourself by a resilient, communicative and open personality and like working in a team
• You demonstrate great social competence in contact with patients and their relatives
• A good sense of organization as well as a pleasure in collaborating in an interdisciplinary manner complete your profile
