Our nursing personnel office in Thun recruits qualified specialists for Spitex organizations in Thun and surroundings.

We are looking for committed professionals who want to apply their expertise and empathy in outpatient care.

Your tasks – Independent care in Spitex

• Individual care and support of clients in their homes
• Carrying out medical-technical tasks such as injections, wound care, or blood glucose measurements
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and managing daily life
• Advising and instructing relatives for the optimal care of the persons being cared for
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Documentation of nursing services according to the applicable guidelines

Your profile – Expertise for outpatient care

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in Spitex or in outpatient care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of independent work and caring for clients in their own homes
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
