Your tasks: What to expect

• Customer consulting & acquisition: You win new interested parties and conduct structured consulting sessions with customers – either personally or online.
• Finding solutions: You support our clients in defining individual health goals and implementing them in everyday life (e.g., in the areas of nutrition, movement, and stress management).
• Continuous accompaniment: You act as a fixed contact person, motivate customers on their way, and thus ensure long-term success.
• Administration: You document the consulting processes reliably and complete the associated administrative tasks.

What you bring: Your profile

• Professional experience: You bring experience from another field of activity (e.g., customer service, HR, sales, pedagogy, gastronomy, retail, or fitness).
• Life competence & empathy: You possess high social competence, can listen actively, and have a genuine, deep interest in health topics.
• Communication talent: You communicate strongly, have a winning manner, and can explain complex contexts understandably.
• Language skills: Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing, as well as very good oral Swiss German skills (other languages are a plus).
• Willingness to learn: You have great joy in acquiring new specialist knowledge in the area of health, prevention, and longevity.
