Your tasks ##

As Deputy Nursing Service Management, you support the PDL in the professional and personnel management of the branch and take over the deputy role in their absence. At the same time, you take on your own case management within the scope of the workload.

Leadership & Deputy

• Deputy for the Nursing Service Management in their absence
• Assumption of defined leadership and decision-making tasks in daily business
• Participation in the professional and personnel management of the nursing team
• Participation in employee, location, and development discussions
• Support in leadership situations and conflict clarifications
• Participation in recruitment, introduction, and onboarding of new employees
• Coaching and professional guidance of the case managers and employees

Professional Leadership & Quality

• Ensuring professional and need-based nursing quality
• Professional support in complex nursing situations
• Implementation and guidance of case discussions, training, team meetings
• Participation in quality assurance and further development of nursing processes

Organization & Development

• Support for the PDL in organizational and professional questions
• Collaboration in the further development of processes and structures
• Support in projects and change processes

Case Management

• Assumption of own case management within the scope of the workload
• Needs assessment and nursing process control
• Coordination and guidance of complex nursing situations
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies

What you bring with you ##

• Diploma as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing at tertiary level
• Spitex experience is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• InterRAI-HC course or experience with InterRAI-HC is an advantage
• Native language German or French
• Very good oral and written knowledge of the respective other language (at least B2)
• Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
• Team-oriented and appreciative attitude
• High social and communication competence
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and making decisions
