• You recognize emergency situations early and manage them confidently together with the house manager.
• In daily care, you actively pitch in - always oriented towards the kinesthetic approach - and commit yourself to the guidance and training of our apprentices.
• You take on the daily responsibility of the department during the early or late shift.
• You maintain the electronic nursing documentation independently, carefully, and without gaps.
• You conduct RAI assessments professionally and derive nursing measures from them.
