Your tasks:
Holistic care and support of the residents during the day
With your professional know-how, you act as a contact person for both employees as well as relatives and external service providers
Accompanying and promoting the independence of the residents
Maintaining the electronic nursing documentation
Application of in-house concepts
Your profile:
Completed training in nursing (from EFZ level or equivalent)
Experience in long-term care is an advantage
Empathy and joy in dealing with elderly people
Teamwork, reliability and sense of responsibility are among your strengths
Good German language skills as well as PC user skills round off your profile
