Introduction

For a renowned institution in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking on behalf of our client for a committed and strong-willed personality as a Senior Physician. In this responsible position, you will undertake both medical and organizational tasks and actively contribute to the further development of patient care.

Tasks

• Medical care and treatment of patients at a high professional level
• Professional leadership, support, and further development of the medical team
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with various professional groups and specialist departments
• Co-design and optimization of treatment processes as well as quality standards
• Participation in projects for the further development of medical care
• Support in the training and further education of assistant physicians and other employees

Profile

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (FMH or equivalently recognized)
• Several years of clinical professional experience
• Leadership experience is an advantage or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• High social competence as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, independent, and patient-oriented way of working
• Interest in the further development of medical processes and quality standards
