Responsible for Care and Support 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the care process
• Continuous development of the Care & Support sector for our number of residents in care
• Quality and productivity control (bed occupancy, recording of services in CareCoach)
• Compliance with budgets and achievement of sector objectives
• Organization and coordination of the various interest groups (families, family doctors, other organizations and institutions as well as insurance companies)
• Management of care employees
• Recruitment and development processes of employees
• Close collaboration with the Spitex triage and care
• Close collaboration with management

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the CRSS
• Professional and management experience in long-term care, ideally with people suffering from dementia
• At least 1-2 years of management experience as a Care & Support manager or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader
• Dynamic leader personality
• Confident communication in German, both oral and written
• Warm attitude and full of humor
• Great empathy and particular skills in teamwork
