Your tasks

• Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of a nursing ward as well as ensuring high-quality patient care
• Planning and coordination of ward processes as well as ensuring personnel deployment that meets needs and competencies
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees as well as accompaniment of change processes
• Active participation in direct nursing and participation in interdisciplinary rounds, reports and meetings
• Promotion of constructive interprofessional cooperation as well as ensuring a transparent flow of information
• Participation in the further development of nursing quality, processes and ward goals

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH
• Several years of professional experience as well as proven leadership experience in the nursing field
• Further education in the field of leadership or management completed
• High social and communication competence as well as an appreciative and clear leadership personality
• Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in the further development of nursing and in interprofessional cooperation
