Proximos SA, a home hospitalization and homecare pharmacy approved by the SSNC, is a leading player in the field of health and home care, offering tailor-made solutions for patient management. We make home hospitalization (HAD) possible by intervening in an interprofessional network. We place quality, reliability, and the human element at the heart of our commitment. We have modern and pleasant premises, which house about thirty employees in Plan-les-Ouates.

In order to strengthen our structure and anticipate upcoming regulatory changes, we

Your Missions

• Perform dietary assessments with nutritional support proposals if

needed.

• Collaborate interdisciplinarily in the dietary management of people

benefiting from nutritional support (oral nutritional supplements, enteral and
parenteral nutrition).

• Set up the administration equipment for enteral nutrition and support

partners/patients in achieving autonomy.

• Support prescribers in the choice of nutritional support and the management

of nutritional treatment by insurance companies.

• Direct patients and partners within the care network according to the need

for dietary services.

Your Qualifications

• BSc in nutrition and dietetics or equivalence (recognized and validated by the Swiss Red Cross).
• Holder of an authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva and eligible for AOS billing admission.
• Experience in artificial nutrition and therapeutic dietetics.
• Autonomy, flexibility, ease of communication.
• Good command of French and English and knowledge of the Geneva health network.
