The Product Transfer team plays a key role in supporting Ophtapharm's strategic transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, the team manages product transfers, product changes, and lifecycle activities across our portfolio.

To support our strategic transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), we are looking for a pragmatic and customer-oriented professional as Technology Transfer & Projects Manager (80-100%), to be filled immediately or by mutual agreement.

Your role

• Manage customer products throughout their lifecycle, including product changes and implementation activities.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, products, and manufacturing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead technology transfer projects and major product changes from initial assessment to successful implementation.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guarantee GMP-compliant implementation and documentation of product transfers and lifecycle activities.

Your profile

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, process engineering, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in technology transfer management, product implementation, or cross-functional projects.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; experience in sterile production is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English and German.
