The dahlia oberaargau ag is a company of the Stiftung Lebensart. At the four locations Herzogenbuchsee, Niederbipp, Wiedlisbach and Attiswil, we offer around 270 places for people with care and nursing needs as well as with a disability.

To strengthen the team at the Niederbipp location, we are looking for committed and empathetic individuals who want to contribute to the quality of life of our residents with heart and a sense of responsibility.

YOUR TASKS

• You accompany our residents through everyday life and contribute to preserving their dignity and self-determination
• You implement nursing and care measures responsibly and document them
• Your cooperation in housekeeping ensures a well-kept and hygienic living environment
• You actively participate in the assessments in the RAI-/RUG-system

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Pflegehilfe SRK as Assistent:in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA
• Empathy and the ability to convey care and calmness to the residents even in stressful situations
• You have a team-oriented way of working and an interest in the continuous improvement of nursing quality
