Ref 2578377 | Date: 11 Sept 2026 Institution de Lavigny Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, two accommodation departments for adults in situations of disability, with an intellectual deficiency respectively with a physical issue, a specialized school and a workshops and vocational training sector. The socio-educational accommodation department is recruiting. We are looking for a: Specialized Educator for the << Astres >> sector Permanent - Activity rate to be agreed At the Institution de Lavigny, in the Astres Sector, we provide daily support to adults presenting autism spectrum disorders (ASD) associated with complex behavior disorders. The << Astres >> sector is composed of 3 living places. Their reality is to support men and women from 18 to 80 years old living with an intellectual deficiency and predominant behavior disorders. Your mission: * Work in human-scale living places. * Decode the behaviors of complex profiles to better understand needs. * Create reassuring landmarks and use adapted communication tools (PECS, CAA). * Accompany with appropriateness, between a structuring framework and benevolence. * Demonstrate patience, creativity and consistency in the face of sometimes intense situations. * Experience days combining support in acts of daily life and supervised activities, designed for each individual and carried out over the long term. * Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of residents, be attentive to their state of health and intervene quickly if necessary (nurse, general practitioner and psychiatrist present within the Institution). * Be a trusted reference, capable of understanding the emotions behind the acts. * Build and adapt tailor-made individual projects. * Work in close collaboration with an experienced multidisciplinary team. * Encourage and maintain good relations with families and legal representatives. Your profile: * Training as a specialized educator at ES or HES level, in the field of special education or social work. * ASE training or equivalent title. * Developed analytical skills allowing for fine evaluation of complex situations and adaptation of intervention strategies * Experience or strong appetite for accompanying complex profiles. * Trained or sensitized to approaches: ABA, TEACCH, PECS, CAA (an asset). * Ready to learn, to share and to evolve with the team and the people welcomed.
