Your tasks

Deputizing for the Head of Nursing in their absence
Conducting initial assessments and re-assessments (interRAI HC)
Case management as well as planning, steering and evaluation of the nursing process
Carrying out basic and treatment care
Professional guidance, coaching and induction of employees
Support with staff scheduling, quality management and administrative tasks
Monitoring nursing documentation as well as ensuring quality standards
Cooperation with clients, relatives, doctors and external specialist agencies

Your profile

Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Professional experience in Spitex is an advantage
Experience in case management and nursing process control
Independent, responsible and structured way of working
High social, professional and leadership competence
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Driver's license category B
