ESTA – Klinik für Suchtbehandlung in Reinach accompanies people with addiction disorders on their path to a drug-free life. We offer a versatile range of treatment options in withdrawal and therapy settings and place great importance on professional, appreciative, and individual care.

As part of our realignment, we are specifically developing our treatment concept further and will focus our offering more heavily on adolescents and young adults aged 16 and over in the future. In doing so, you have the opportunity to actively help shape the further development of our clinic, contribute new ideas, and implement innovative treatment approaches together with a committed team.

To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Accompaniment and care of patients during qualified withdrawal for various substance-related addiction disorders
• Supporting patients in managing their daily lives as well as promoting their independence and personal resources
• Building and shaping a professional, sustainable therapeutic relationship as a basis for trusting cooperation
• Observation of physical and psychological status as well as early recognition of changes and possible withdrawal complications
• Professional administration of medication according to medical orders as well as monitoring the effect and possible side effects
• Performance of nursing and medical-technical activities
• Co-shaping a safe, structured, and appreciative treatment framework
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical, therapeutic, and nursing team
• Professional documentation of the nursing progress as well as active participation in the further development of nursing quality and clinic-internal workflows
• Active contribution of ideas and experiences to the further development of our treatment concept for adolescents and young adults

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognized training
• Ideally professional experience in psychiatry, addiction medicine, or a comparable specialist field
• Empathy, patience, and a professional, resource-oriented basic attitude
• Interest in addiction work as well as in accompanying people with addiction disorders
• Joy in building therapeutic relationships and in the individual accompaniment of our patients
• Sense of responsibility, independent way of working, and the ability to act calmly and deliberately even in demanding situations
• Joy in teamwork and constructive interdisciplinary cooperation
• Readiness to work in shift service as well as on weekends and public holidays
• Openness to new ideas as well as interest in professional and personal development
