Job Description

As a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, you are an important part of the interprofessional nursing team and support patients during their stay and treatment process.

Your tasks include professional care and support within the scope of your competencies, as well as the accompaniment and support of patients with various psychiatric clinical pictures. You support them in everyday life and in their daily structure and promote their independence and existing resources. You observe the health status and pass on relevant changes. You build a professional and trusting relationship with the patients and work together with registered nurses and other interprofessional professional groups. You ensure a safe, appreciative, and resource-oriented environment, document professionally, and undertake organizational tasks.

Requirement Profile

You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) and are interested in psychiatric nursing and care. You enjoy working with people and teamwork, and you bring empathy and an appreciative, respectful attitude. A sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you. You are resilient and act calmly and professionally even in demanding situations. You have good German language skills.
