Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of patients and residents in different specialist areas
• Support of the qualified nursing staff in medical-technical measures, such as blood collection, infusion therapy, and wound care
• Monitoring of vital signs and early detection of changes in the health status of patients
• Assistance with mobilization, positioning, and support of patients in everyday life
• Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary specialists, and doctors for optimal patient care
• Documentation of nursing measures and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Supporting patients in health promotion and prevention

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in the inpatient or outpatient sector is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and empathy in dealing with patients
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
