We rely on work and project groups and are specifically expanding specialist responsibilities. You take on daily and house responsibility and actively shape the interprofessional cooperation - both internally and externally. Our nursing departments work according to the primary caregiver system, because personal care really counts with us.

You provide professional, independent care and support to our residents with a lot of empathy. Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview, maintain professional contact with relatives, and accompany people in their final stage of life mindfully and with dignity.
