Job description ##

• Holistic care and support of clients at home
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to care planning
• Support with activities of daily living
• Observation of health status and documentation of care measures
• Administration of medication according to competence regulations
• Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, and interdisciplinary specialists
• Independent tour planning and execution of home visits
• Ensuring a high quality of care

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in the Spitex sector is an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage, cars are available / otherwise with the e-bike
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High social competence and joy in dealing with people
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for early shifts
