What you will do with us ##

• Technical, personnel and administrative management of the nursing team
• Leadership and promotion of nursing staff in the implementation of individualized and high-quality nursing and care
• Active shaping of person-centered practice as well as continuous development of patient care
• Coordination and control of the cooperation between the roles of Management, Vocational Training and Specialist on the station (Shared Governance) as well as interprofessional cooperation

What you bring with you ##

• Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH, DN II or AKP or equivalent foreign qualification with SRK recognition
• Several years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• Leadership experience as well as completed leadership training or the willingness to complete such
• High social competence, a modern understanding of leadership as well as strong organizational and communication skills
