In Spitex, care looks a little different every day. For a Spitex organization, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment.

You will not only get to know different care situations, but also the everyday life and the environment of the people behind them. In doing so, you have the freedom to apply your expertise on-site, and at the same time have a team at your back that you can rely on.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over planned care assignments with clients and coordinate the care according to their current situation
• From medication management to more demanding nursing procedures, you apply your expertise directly on-site
• You recognize when care needs change and ensure that the next steps are adjusted accordingly
• You specifically involve relatives, doctors, and other specialists and record relevant information in the care documentation

You offer your new employer:

• You are a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Ideally, you already have experience in Spitex and are therefore familiar with the peculiarities of care in a domestic environment
• You can assess care situations reliably and know when to act yourself and when other specialists should be involved
• Direct contact with clients and relatives is something you enjoy, and you also act professionally and confidently in their personal environment
