Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in psychiatry is mandatorily required
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible way of working

Tasks ##

• Professional and empathetic care and support of people in acute psychological crises and stressful situations
• Continuous observation and assessment of the psychological well-being as well as early recognition of changes
• Individual support in psychological stabilization and coping with everyday challenges
• Establishment and design of professional, trusting relationships as a basis for appreciative care
• Close cooperation and professional exchange within the interprofessional treatment team
