Your tasks – responsibility in a highly specialized area

• Monitoring and care of patients with unstable vital parameters who require close nursing care
• Application of modern monitoring and treatment methods for the continuous stabilization of patients
• Operation and monitoring of high-tech medical products, such as infusion pumps, monitoring monitors, and ventilators
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team for optimal medical care of patients
• Early detection of changes in health status and initiation of emergency measures
• Counseling and support of relatives in challenging situations
• Seamless documentation of nursing measures and participation in quality and safety programs

Your profile – expertise, diligence, and commitment

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann Überwachungspflege NDK
• Experience in monitoring care, Intermediate Care (IMC), or intensive care is an advantage
• Confidence in dealing with complex nursing situations and medical devices
• Resilience, ability to make quick decisions, and structured working under pressure
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
