Requirement Profile ##

• Training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Further education in the field of Palliative Care
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Interest in conceptual co-design and further development
• Empathic personality with high social competence

Tasks ##

• Care and accompaniment of clients in palliative situations
• Advice and support for relatives as well as interdisciplinary specialists
• Professional participation in the expansion and further development of the palliative offering
• Promotion of quality and knowledge transfer within the team
• Cooperation in the operational daily nursing routine of the Spitex
