The DBO also works towards the continuous improvement of patient care by guaranteeing the quality and safety of care, the fluidity of clinical pathways, and performance monitoring. Finally, it promotes interprofessional synergies, continuing education, as well as innovation and research in the service of institutional excellence. The Operating Room Service is composed of 8 modern operating rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technical platforms. Designed to offer optimal patient care 24 hours a day. Each year, more than 30,000 interventions are performed by 1,500 dedicated professionals. These specialists cover all surgical disciplines, such as gynecology-obstetrics, ENT, maxillo-facial, aesthetic, reconstructive, cardiac, vascular, visceral, urological, orthopedic, traumatological, hand, neurosurgery, ophthalmological and pediatric, including robotic surgery. Operating room assistant - 80% to 100% As an operating room assistant, you prepare the room according to asepsis and safety prescriptions. You participate in the reception and installation of patients as well as quality/safety controls. You optimally ensure the progress of surgical interventions while respecting asepsis and hospital hygiene rules. The forecasting and handling of technical equipment necessary for each type of intervention is an integral part of the position. You maintain the premises and equipment. Qualifications Holder of a federal certificate of professional education and training (AFP) as an assistant in care and support (ASA), you perfectly master French orally and in writing. You have at least two years of experience in a hospital environment. Proven experience within operating rooms is an asset. You have real interpersonal ease which allows you to work in a multidisciplinary team. A flexible and organized person, you know how to adapt to different contexts, unforeseen events and variations in workload.
