Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Professional experience in acute care or rehabilitation is an advantage
• Resilient, flexible, and motivated personality
• High social competence and strong teamwork skills
• Empathic interaction with patients
• Sense of responsibility as well as quick comprehension

Tasks ##

• Ensuring patient- and result-oriented care in cooperation with registered nurses
• Support in the implementation of care planning within the scope of one's own competencies
• Observation and assessment of nursing situations as well as initiation of appropriate measures in acute situations
• Carrying out everyday consultations on topics such as nutrition, personal hygiene, and clothing
• Seamless nursing documentation and service recording
• Participation in projects and support for the department management to ensure high nursing quality
• Organization and accompaniment of patient transfers
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a pleasant atmosphere for patients
• Support in the service area, especially during meals
