YOUR TASKS
You actively help out in the housekeeping team and simultaneously take on the technical leadership of the 3-person team in OR cleaning
From basic, to intermediate, to isolation cleaning, you are deployed in all areas
You accompany new employees during their induction, carry out instructions, and pass on your knowledge in training sessions
You ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
With your eye for detail, you contribute to ensuring that patients, employees, and visitors feel comfortable in a clean, safe environment
YOUR PROFILE
You have completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ, Hotel Specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification
You bring experience in maintenance and basic cleaning – ideally also in the OR area
You are team-oriented, communicative, and manage to motivate others
Empathy, sense of responsibility, and flexibility round off your profile
You are open to early and late shifts, holiday replacements, as well as weekend shifts
Very good German language skills are required, further language skills are an advantage
