Your profile – leadership personality with specialist competence

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH or comparable qualification
• Further training in nursing management, leadership or health management (NDS, MAS or CAS an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, ideally with leadership experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in personnel management, team control and nursing organization
• Strong communication skills, social competence and the ability to motivate and promote employees
• Independent, solution-oriented and economical way of thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
