Since 1994, Räbhof has been located in the heart of Lausen/BL. It offers people with a disability modern living spaces as well as a varied daily structure. Due to the beautiful location in the old village center, Räbhof is easy to reach and geographically and socially integrated into the village.

Your area of responsibility

• You accompany the residents in everyday life and support them in their practical life skills
• You support our clients with pedagogical measures and also carry out administrative work
• In addition to socio-pedagogical tasks, you also perform nursing activities
• You participate in interdisciplinary groups and contribute to the further development of Räbhof with your know-how

Your profile

• A completed training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe)
• Relevant work experience in the same or a similar position as well as practice in nursing activities
• Certificate and experience as a vocational trainer (Berufsbildner/Berufsbildnerin) desirable
• Independent, empathetic personality who enjoys taking responsibility
• You enjoy working in a team and can contribute flexibly to everyday work
• You are familiar with common software (MS Office) and do not shy away from administrative tasks
• Driver's license Cat. B
