Your tasks

Holistic care and nursing of the guests in accordance with our nursing mission statement and the nursing process

Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver

Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests

Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone)

Planning and accompanying physician visits

Taking on daily responsibility

Taking on tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)

A warm and humorous basic attitude

Enjoyment of diverse challenges

Good German language skills in speaking and writing
