Animation Manager

The Fondation Pré Pariset brings together three medico-social establishments (EMS) located on 3 sites in the city of Pully, with a total of 132 beds. It employs 240 collaborators. Our mission is to accompany elderly people losing autonomy, in long and short stays, as well as in its temporary reception center (CAT). We also manage a public restaurant, « le Delta », with 54 places and a terrace.

In order to complete our management team, we are recruiting for a position as

Animation Manager at 80%

You are a dynamic person, open to innovation and have a manifest interest in the development of sociocultural activities in a multidisciplinary medico-social environment. Of a unifying and positive nature, you demonstrate empathy. You have ease in working autonomously and in a team and you lead by example.

As animation manager, you work in close collaboration with the managers responsible for other sectors, thus actively contributing to our institutional project « Tous ensemble ». You guarantee the quality of services as well as a welcoming living environment for the residents.

Main missions

• Be the guarantor of the institution's sociocultural services
• Lead and manage a team of about fifteen collaborators (including apprentices, civil servants and external service providers)
• Contribute actively to the accompaniment of residents as well as to the development of their individual project, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Be present in the field with the teams and the residents in order to encourage, support and lead by example
• As a manager, you participate in the important decisions of the institution as well as in the development and monitoring of the budget of your sector, in support of your head of department, the socio-hotel manager.

Your profile

• HES/ES diploma in social education or sociocultural animation
• Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Benevolent, dynamic, organized and flexible personality
• Inspiring and motivating leader
• Customer orientation and marked interest in the medico-social sector and geriatrics
• Person recognized for professional, relational and organizational skills
• Excellent mastery of IT tools (Microsoft office, SADIES suite, etc…)
• Driver's license mandatory
