Reference Nurse in prevention and health promotion 80%

MISSION
As a reference nurse in prevention and health promotion, you will perform annual or multi-year assessments of clients benefiting from household assistance services, TMR, family assistance. You promote the prevention of functional decline in the clients for whom you are the reference person. In parallel, you will occasionally provide nursing care and basic care at the home of people presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent title

(Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)

• Ability to work independently and to face complex situations
• Good communication skills and ability to adapt to changes
• Ease in file management
• Knowledge of common IT tools
• Driver's license
