As a leadership person with the overall professional responsibility for psychotherapy of a group practice, you take on a central role for the responsible employees.
Your tasks
Professional and operational leadership of the responsible specialist department
Conducting assessments and treatments of adults from the entire spectrum of psychological psychotherapy
Support in ensuring the personnel staffing within the operation, taking into account efficient service delivery
Ensuring psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapy according to the current state of science and the quality requirements of the company
Further training of psychologists according to the further training concept to be a psychotherapist
Your profile
Federal recognized psychological psychotherapist
Proven track record in responsible therapeutic activity with demonstrated leadership competence
