Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy, and social integration by offering individualized support in each situation and by providing a complete range of services.
With its 5 sites and its nearly 550 employees, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies more than 5700 beneficiaries across all 16 municipalities of the region.
We are looking for our Hérens site, a:
Nurse (60-100%)
Your mission
You evaluate home care situations and act as a reference person by showing leadership skills in care management situations.
You provide medico-technical nursing care and actively participate in your team's dynamics.
Your profile
Training in the field of care (Bachelor level or equivalent)
Adaptability, listening skills, and autonomy
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to use standard IT tools
Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
Knowledge of the home care field, an asset
